The process: These holsters are wet molded to each size and then set to dry for up to 3 days each. After that we punch the belt loops and trim the edges, spray dye them the solid colors with a black edge. The dying process takes a full day + to set and dry before we start burnishing the edges, coating them with resolene and finishing up with beeswax. We have made one for each of the most commonly asked for models.  We have them in a variety of colors including Green, Blue, Black and our most popular color, Brown.
