We seal our leather to be water RESISTANT…but real leather is not water proof! This means you can wear it in the rain but we always recommend taking jewelry off when you wash your hands, shower, etc. For most other leather items, if they do get wet, dry them off by dabbing not wiping. While many of the finishes are harder to ruin than others but they can all be ruined if allowed to be wet for longer periods. We seal many of our items between 1-3 times to try and help prevent damage.
So with that in mind…please try to avoid getting any leather wet.
